Executive Leadership Development

It Starts With
The Leader

Your systems, culture, and strategy can only go as far as the internal state of the people leading them. This is the work beneath the work.

The Gap Nobody Names

Your leaders are performing well.
There is a cost.

Most leadership development programs make people smarter. Better communicators. More self-aware on paper. What they rarely address is the body.

When a leader walks into a high-stakes room and their nervous system is in survival mode, no amount of frameworks will help. Their team feels it before anyone says a word.

The leaders who consistently build trust, hold teams through pressure, and create genuine psychological safety are not the ones with the best models. They are the ones who have done the deeper work.

#1
reason people leave companies is their direct manager, not the role, the salary, or the culture

The Work

Somatic. Experiential.
Permanent.

This is not a workshop, a course, or a certification program. It is an immersive, body-based leadership experience built around three pillars that most development programs completely ignore.

01

Nervous System Regulation

Leaders who regulate their internal state under pressure do not just perform better. They create safety for everyone around them. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

02

Genuine Presence

Presence is not a personality trait. It is a developed capacity. When a leader is fully in the room, their team thinks more clearly, speaks more honestly, and follows more willingly.

03

Grounded Authority

The most influential leaders in any room are not the loudest. They are the most grounded. This pillar builds the quiet certainty that makes people lean in rather than check out.

What Changes

Outcomes that show up
before they are measured

01

Psychological Safety

When leaders stop performing and start being present, their teams feel it. Candor increases. Ideas surface. People stop hedging.

02

Resilience Under Pressure

Leaders who have done this work do not collapse in high-stakes moments. They slow down, hold the room, and think clearly when it matters most.

03

Reduced Conflict Escalation

A regulated leader does not escalate. Tension that would have become a weeks-long dynamic gets metabolised in the room, in real time.

04

Retention and Trust

People do not leave companies. They leave leaders who make them feel unseen. This work changes that at the source.

In Their Words

Real leaders.
Real shifts.

“I used to think I had a confidence problem. Turns out it was a nervous system problem. Kyle’s work did not give me tactics. It gave me a body that finally trusts itself.”

Marcus T., 38

“Something fundamental shifted. I walk into rooms differently now. People respond to me differently. I feel more like myself than I ever have.”

James R., 42

“The breathwork alone changed my nervous system in ways I did not think were possible. I was a chronic overthinker. Now I catch the spiral before it starts.”

Aaron C., 45

The Guide

Kyle Mitri
Kyle Mitri
Leadership Presence Coach

I grew up knowing what it felt like to be in a room with a leader who was not really there. The anxiety running underneath. The performance of calm. The gap between what was said and what was felt.

At 25, I left South Africa for Costa Rica and spent years rebuilding from the ground up through somatic work, breathwork, and deep relational development. What I found was not a new set of skills. It was a different way of being.

I now bring that work to senior leaders and their teams. The leaders I work with do not become better performers. They become people their teams can actually feel.
