Imagine it feeling like play again.

Maybe this is you

“I’m in my head before I’ve even touched her.”

The watcher

“I lost my erection once. Now I’m waiting for it to happen again.”

The waiting

“I’ve started finding reasons to go to bed late.”

The avoiding

“She’s asked if it’s her. It isn’t. I just can’t explain it.”

I’ve been there

This Isn’t Theory for Me.

When my partner and I opened our relationship, my body stopped cooperating. Sex became a test, and I was terrified of failing it. I’d lie there watching myself, waiting for it to go wrong. The more I tried, the worse it got.

I’d done years of inner work, and here I was, a man who couldn’t get out of his own head in bed. The shame was brutal.

What changed wasn’t a technique. I didn’t need to push harder. I needed to feel safe in my own body.

What’s usually going on

Pressure switches your body into protect mode.
Arousal needs the opposite.
So the harder you try, the worse it gets.

This isn’t a flaw in you as a man. It’s a nervous system pattern. And it rarely stays in the bedroom. It’s the same bracing in the boardroom, the same head that never fully switches off.

Erectile dysfunction, or pressure?

Your Body Isn’t Broken. It’s Bracing.

Most men who come to me have already called it erectile dysfunction. Some have the pills in the drawer.

Here’s what I hear again and again: it works fine on your own. It’s there in the morning. And it disappears the moment it matters with her.

When that’s the pattern, it’s usually not your body failing. It’s an overloaded mind and a nervous system braced for judgment. That’s performance anxiety, and it’s exactly what I work with.

What changes

Not Adjectives. Things You Do.

  • You want sex again. And you go for it.
  • It gets playful. Fun. Exciting. Like it used to be, or better.
  • You stay in your body, even when it gets intense.
  • You get curious about her, and about yourself, instead of worried.
  • Saying what’s going on brings you closer, not further apart.
  • A hard moment becomes a laugh, not a spiral.
  • She feels chosen, not managed.

In their words
“I thought I needed to get my confidence back in the bedroom. What I actually needed was a place where I could be honest about how scared and ashamed I felt. Kyle met me there without making it weird or trying to fix me. That changed the way I speak to my partner, and the way I speak to myself.”
James, 35

This is for you if

  • You’ve built a good life, often with a partner, and something in the bedroom has gone tight
  • You’re between 35 and 65 and ready to do real work, not collect tips
  • You want her to feel you again, and you want to feel her

This isn’t for you if

  • You want a pill, a technique course or a quick fix
  • You want to learn how to attract women
